Third Wheel

It's me or it.

The phone is the third wheel in your relationship. Third Wheel kicks it out of bed.

You each pick the apps that steal your evenings. At bedtime one of you taps the heart and both phones go quiet until morning. The only way out early is to ask.

Android first, iPhone next. One email when it launches, nothing else.

How it works

1. Two phones, one heartInstall it, send your partner the code. When they join, the two halves of the heart close.
2. Kick it outAt bedtime, one tap locks the apps you both chose. Calls, messages and alarms always work.
3. Ask to get outWant your phone back early? Ask. A code appears on their screen, not yours. Their call.
4. Wake up to a full heartEvery night you both keep it is a full heart on the calendar. Break it and it's half a heart, with your name on it.

$4.99 once. Your partner gets it free.

One of you buys it. The other joins with your code. No subscription, no third wheel.

What it doesn't do

It's not a parental control and it's not one of you policing the other. Both phones lock or neither does. Neither of you can see the other's app list. And there's always an emergency unlock, because life happens; it just gets recorded.
