My partner can't join with my code. Codes work once and only for the heart they came from. Tap "Show my code" for a fresh one and try again. Both phones need the internet to join.
I'm locked and my partner isn't answering. Their phone may be off or out of signal; the ask reaches them when it's back. If you need out now, use the emergency unlock. It works with no internet at all, and it's recorded as a half heart.
What does it block? Only the apps each of you chose. Calls, messages, alarms, the camera and maps always work and can't be locked.
I reinstalled the app and lost my heart. In the current test version, reinstalling starts fresh; ask your partner for a new code. Sign-in that survives reinstalls is coming.
Refunds. Purchases go through Google Play or the App Store, and refunds follow their rules. If something went wrong, email us and we'll help.
